Savage Dragon / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1 (1995)

Learning that their old enemy, Complete Carnage, has begun a rampage in Chicago, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles travel there and battle the Underground Homeless Freaks, including Widow, Rock, and Beast Boy. Dragon arrives and puts a stop to the battle, and he and the Turtles track down Complete Carnage.
