Dragon recovers from his beating and starts fighting all of the Atomics. He finds out not only is BrainiApe in control, but there is an entire group of freaks who have psi-powers. Using an attack by some of BrainiApe's guards, he launches his attackers at the Brain Trust and frees everyone from the mind control. A large beast then appears from the ground and kills Dr. Verlag. Combined, Dragon and the Atomics beat the creature, and the power then comes on in Australia. This leads to King Kahn (Cyberface) sending his forces to attack.
