After Dragon learns that Nixon put on Overlord's amrour to spy on Rita before it turned him evil, and that he had beaten and chained Super-Tough in order to coerce Mace's allegiance, he has the armour incinerated. Soon afterwards, an army of shrunken Vicious Circle agents attach Dragon in his apartment - who simply vacuums them up and throws them in the garbage. While doing commercials for a razor company, Dragon meets ad executive Marcy Howard - they begin dating and start a relationship, with Angel's approval. Meanwhile, someone undergoes surgery, receives a monstrous appearance, and begins a campaign to violently rid the world of evil.
