Dragon, retired from superheroics and living in a maximum-security home, fights off several attempts on his life. After Angel is maimed in an attack by Overlord, Dragon tries to track him down, only to be captured by him in the process. Dragon frees himself, and fights off his allies, before actually killing Overlord - who is revealed to have been none other than the supposedly innocuous Officer Vic Nixon.
