Meanwhile, Rapture considers having an abortion, Dale Fisher dumps Alex Wilde, and a recovering Phil Dirt reveals to Howard Niseman that he has AIDS. In Hell, the Fiend sends Spawn to Earth, and sics Overlord on the Dragon.
