As Cyberface escapes from Beast Boy's care, The Dragon, Rapture, and She-Dragon battle the Dragon-Slayer, a robot sent to kill the Dragon by newspaper publisher R. Richard Richards, who maintains a personal hatred for the Dragon. Dragon defeats the Dragon-Slayer, arrests Richards, and returns home to find the Fiend waiting for him.

This issue features an alternate cover (below left) - the story inside remains the same aside from a more "risque" version of a page in this copy.
