Paul Dragon enlists Roxanne and Wally's help in clearing Vanguard's name. Over the next few weeks, Roxanne does the talk show circuit, and Dragon lures hundreds of super-villains to S.O.S. headquarters so that Vanguard can be seen helping defeat them. Afterwards, the Russians destroy Vanguard's spaceship, and cartoonist Erik Larsen breaks the news to Dragon that he couldn't sell a Dragon comic book series to a major company.

In a second, back-up story, Paul Dragon and his family watch Scooby-Doo.

In a third, un-inked back-up story, Dragon and Smasher beat-up super-villains.

These stories do not take place within regular Savage Dragon continuity.
