Barbaric is taken to the prison camp of his old enemy, Doctor Verlag, where several other superpowered people are held. SuperPatriot and Rapture discover Chelsea's plot to destroy Freak Force, and invades the Freak Factor headquarters, where they are joined by Dart, Ricochet, Chelsea, The Inhabitor, and Chelsea's henchmen.
