After defeating his enemy Laff-A-Lot, Kill Cat takes Kid Avenger to Chicago to find Dart. Together with The Dragon, they defeat the Villainous Neutron Bob, and Freak Force arrives on the scene in time for Dart to deal with the enamored Kill Cat.
